Responsibilities
- Architect efficient and reusable frontend systems for complex web applications.
- Build delightful user experiences and provide deep technical insights for Oodle’s observability product.
- Rapidly experiment to identify customer needs, eliminate ambiguity, and prioritize impactful work.
- Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and software engineers to deliver user-facing products.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and help scale the system.
- Help establish the company culture and grow the team.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience with JavaScript and React, including asynchronous programming, closures, types, and ES6.
- Fluency in HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
- Strong sense of web design.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to help create an extraordinary early-stage company.
- Ability to bring consumer-grade simplicity to enterprise observability products.
- Preferred: ability to work as a generalist across frontend, design, and full-stack engineering.
- Preferred: familiarity with the broader web stack, protocols, and web server optimization techniques.
- Preferred: familiarity with LLMs and AI.
- Preferred: experience developing user-facing software for observability products.
