Responsibilities
- Partner with executives and operational stakeholders to discover, assess, and prioritize high-impact AI use cases.
- Scope deployments by evaluating business value, technical effort, integrations, data, constraints, dependencies, and edge cases.
- Build hands-on prototypes and demos to validate customer value before full commitment.
- Coordinate active deployments, support Forward Deployed Engineers, and act as a customer escalation point.
- Prioritize use cases and sequence account deployments to maximize cumulative business impact.
- Serve as the primary business-side customer contact and translate AI capabilities into actionable terms.
- Travel onsite for kickoffs, workflow-mapping sessions, and other key customer engagements.
- Share field feedback, reusable patterns, and platform gaps with Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- Technical depth combined with strategic judgment and a demonstrated history of building things through engineering, data science, startup founding, product management, or technical/strategic consulting.
- Comfort coding, mostly in Python, and using LLMs and AI-powered tools such as Claude Code to build prototypes quickly.
- Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, and how AI agents operate within enterprise workflows.
- Ability to identify business value and translate it into impact, effort, and prioritization terms for C-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with executives and operators, including the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives.
- Proven ability to prioritize across multiple workstreams and drive outcomes.
- Highly independent, ownership-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in German is indicated by the job title.
