Responsibilities

Develop deep knowledge of Smartsheet for workflow definition and solution design.
Partner with Account Executives to deliver technical demonstrations of the Smartsheet platform.
Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to design creative solutions for customer requirements.
Identify and demonstrate Smartsheet solutions that address specific customer problems.
Build strong relationships with sales teams to drive successful engagements.
Prepare technical responses to prospect inquiries and define best practices.
Collaborate with Product teams to align offerings with customer needs.
Support marketing events by representing Smartsheet and demonstrating the platform.

1-3+ years of experience as a pre-sales Solutions Engineer or in a related field.
Strong technical leadership and customer-facing skills.
Passion for web-based technologies and understanding of their functionality.
Consultative approach to technology and product positioning.
Experience in solution design or architecture related to project management.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth software company.
Fluency in German and English is required.
Legally eligible to work in Germany on an ongoing basis.
