Base Salary
$80k - $106k/yr
Responsibilities
- Test distributed applications across multiple layers of the technology stack.
- Manage the test lifecycle and use Jira for test and development tracking.
- Validate BI reports and ETL/ELT workloads.
- Design, develop, and execute automated tests using frameworks including RestAssured, Playwright, Karate, Cucumber, and TestNG.
- Use Python and SQL to build and execute testing solutions, including complex database queries.
- Design test strategies and automation suites independently for new products and applications.
- Support continuous integration and deployment using GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, and SonarQube.
Requirements
- Strong experience testing distributed applications across multiple technology layers.
- Hands-on experience with the test management lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle, DB2, or PostgreSQL, including PL/SQL, complex queries, views, and packages.
- Experience validating BI reports and ETL/ELT workloads.
- Strong experience designing, developing, and executing test automation.
- Strong proven programming experience with Python and strong SQL skills.
- Strong knowledge of continuous integration and deployment tools.
- Experience independently designing test strategies and automation suites for new products or applications.
- Experience with Agile development methodology and Jira.
