Responsibilities
- Build and maintain responsive Web Shop frontend features for desktop, mobile web, and tablet using React and TypeScript.
- Own features from concept through production deployment and collaborate with product, UX, QA, and security teams.
- Develop frontend abstractions, frameworks, A/B testing solutions, deployment dashboards, and other internal tooling.
- Improve web performance, accessibility, monitoring, alerting, bot detection, and deployment reliability.
- Conduct refactoring, research, proofs of concept, code reviews, and AI-assisted development using tools such as Claude and Cursor.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of frontend development experience.
- Strong TypeScript, JavaScript, and React skills, including hooks, context, and the React ecosystem.
- Solid HTML and modern CSS knowledge, including responsive design and CSS-in-JS, plus web performance and accessibility expertise.
- Experience integrating APIs, managing state with tools such as Redux, Zustand, or React Query, and writing frontend tests with Jest or React Testing Library.
- Experience with Vite, npm or yarn, Git, and modern deployment workflows.
- Ability to solve non-standard problems, evaluate AI-generated code critically, take ownership, and carry features through production.
- Preferred: experience with server-side rendering, Node.js, large-scale e-commerce, design systems or component libraries, Cypress, monitoring, observability, or web security.
