Responsibilities
- Deploy, operate, maintain, upgrade, and manage company middleware systems for stable and highly available operation.
- Install, configure, monitor, tune performance, and troubleshoot ZooKeeper, etcd, Nacos, Kafka, and other mainstream middleware.
- Manage daily operations and resources for AWS and Tencent Cloud environments.
- Collaborate with R&D teams on middleware environment setup, version upgrades, configuration management, and production support.
- Write operational documentation, standard operating procedures, and automation scripts to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in middleware or Linux operations.
- Proficiency with Linux and troubleshooting common system and network issues.
- Familiarity with AWS, Tencent Cloud, ZooKeeper, etcd, Nacos, and Kafka, including production operations experience.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including daily Kubernetes cluster operations.
- Proficiency in Shell scripting and foundational development skills in Go or Python for automation tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, responsibility, and service-oriented skills.
