Responsibilities
- Develop new features and enhancements across the KYC360 product suite.
- Build reliable and scalable solutions using C#, .NET, Java, Spring Boot, HTMX, microservices, and modern web technologies.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Improve application performance through refactoring, database optimization, and architectural enhancements.
- Write maintainable, documented code and conduct code reviews.
- Own features end to end, mentor junior developers, and guide small teams delivering features or components.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and the Director of Engineering on requirements, architecture, and design decisions.
- Create and interpret system design diagrams, workflows, sequence diagrams, C4 models, and database schemas.
- Lead estimation sessions, contribute to planning, and work with outsourcing partners to maintain code quality and standards.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines and support zero-downtime deployment strategies and automated testing frameworks.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of software development experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, or Java and Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core or Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with HTMX, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL Server or other relational databases, and Azure or another cloud platform.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience leading small teams, translating requirements into functional specifications, and proposing technical solutions.
- Experience creating and reading technical diagrams and contributing to architecture and system design.
- Experience creating CI/CD pipelines, leading estimation sessions, and participating in planning activities.
- Knowledge of unit testing and automated test frameworks.
- Experience working with outsourcing partners to maintain code quality and agreed standards.
