Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Design and manage scalable, secure, and compliant Salesforce data models.
- Create and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and Lightning Web Components.
- Configure Salesforce and develop integrations with external systems.
- Perform data migration activities and manage data quality.
- Troubleshoot technical and deployment-related issues.
- Maintain technical documentation for system and code changes.
- Conduct code coverage reviews, code reviews, and secure coding compliance checks.
- Manage SHIP-HATS DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipeline configuration, GitLab repository management, automated deployments, and quality gates.
- Implement automated testing frameworks and maintain deployment documentation.
- Monitor and maintain system performance and security.
- Comply with government security standards and SHIP-HATS requirements.
Requirements
- At least a Diploma and graduation in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline such as Engineering.
- At least five years of overall software development experience in Agile projects.
- At least three years of Salesforce development experience.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Flow, Salesforce security models, sharing rules, Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, and integrations.
- Experience with Git, SHIP-HATS, CI/CD pipeline implementation, and version control systems.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II certification is strongly preferred.
- Salesforce Platform App Builder and MuleSoft Developer I or II certifications are advantageous.
- Government project experience and knowledge of the Odaseva backup and recovery solution are advantageous.
- Strong documentation, analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and learning skills.
