Responsibilities
- Deliver requested features as a hands-on developer
- Act as a performance expert in design meetings
- Identify performance hotspots and carry out optimizations
- Participate in the support rota and assist with issue investigations
- Develop and implement market-making strategies across multiple trading venues
Requirements
- Solid STEM education background
- At least 3 years of application development experience
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skills
- Versatility and learning agility
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Aeron, Disruptor, JVM, network stack, low-level programming, and hardware architecture is a plus
- Knowledge of financial markets or crypto trading is a plus
