Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sophisticated market-making strategies across multiple venues.
- Work as a hands-on developer to deliver requested features.
- Act as a performance expert in design meetings.
- Identify performance hotspots and carry out optimizations.
- Participate in support rota and assist in issue investigations.
Requirements
- Solid STEM education background.
- Versatility and learning agility.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Application development experience of 3 years or above.
- Familiarity with Aeron, Disruptor, JVM, network stack, low-level programming, and hardware architecture is a plus.
- Knowledge of financial markets or crypto trading is a plus.
