Responsibilities
- Contribute to safety-critical software projects across aerospace, defence, rail, automotive, transport, and related sectors.
- Apply knowledge of the complete safety-critical software development lifecycle across requirements, development, or testing.
- Develop or assess software using SPARK/Ada and relevant safety-critical standards.
- Apply static analysis techniques where appropriate.
- Work onsite five days per week at the New Malden office.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the full safety-critical software development lifecycle.
- Expertise in at least one of requirements, software development, or testing.
- Experience in at least one relevant market, including aerospace, transport, defence, rail, or automotive.
- Experience with SPARK/Ada.
- Experience applying standards such as 61508, 50128, 26262, 00-55, ED-109, or DO-178.
- Organised, methodical, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise effectively.
- Relevant software engineering or related degree is desirable.
- Knowledge and experience of static analysis techniques is desirable.
- Ability to obtain the required BPSS, Security Clearance, or Developed Vetting clearance.
