Responsibilities
- Implement, deliver, and refine Arene SDK software components for interaction with vehicle systems.
- Design and implement hardware-agnostic abstraction layers using modern C++ concepts.
- Collaborate with global teams to accelerate and improve Arene software development.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with modern C++ including C++14/17 and above.
- Experience delivering software in safety- and quality-driven domains such as automotive, aerospace, robotics, medical, or military.
- Experience with embedded systems and resource-constrained computing environments.
- Expertise with computing architectures including SoC, MCU, and CPU.
- Knowledge and experience with RTOS and POSIX/Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge and experience with embedded interfaces and protocols including SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet, PCIe, and MIPI.
- Experience with emulation platforms such as QEMU.
- Preferred: knowledge and working experience with C and Python.
- Preferred: Linux kernel development and Linux driver development experience.
- Preferred: knowledge or experience with safety standards including ISO 26262, ISO 21448, IEC 61508, DO-178, and ECSS-Q-ST-80, and security standard ISO 21434.
