Responsibilities
- Design and take ownership of core flight software for advanced space payloads.
- Develop low-level software including device drivers and board bring-up.
- Create updatable, fault-tolerant software for complex autonomous operations.
- Prototype and validate key system concepts to establish technical feasibility.
- Build a scalable, modular, and reusable software stack for rapid iteration.
- Collaborate with hardware and AI/ML teams for seamless integration.
- Drive continuous improvement through iterative testing and system refinement.
Requirements
- BEng/MEng in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Strong proficiency in developing modern C++ for Linux.
- Experience with SoC platforms like Nvidia Jetsons or similar embedded platforms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated skills in debugging and performance characterization.
- Experience with Linux, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
