Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, supportable, sustainable, and performant Salesforce Cloud solutions.
- Develop custom user interfaces using Visualforce pages, Lightning pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, flows, platform events, and other Salesforce customizations.
- Integrate Salesforce with external organizational systems using Salesforce APIs and middleware such as Mulesoft.
- Write and maintain test classes, code documentation, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, IT, developers, product owners, architects, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Recommend integration strategies, platform evolution, infrastructure, and tooling selections.
- Apply Salesforce application architecture standards, policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives and mixed agile and waterfall product development work.
- Stay current with Salesforce offerings and evaluate relevant beta or pilot functionality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or another related field.
- At least 8 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Salesforce Platform Developer certifications.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture components, including Sales, Service, Marketing, OMS, and CPQ clouds.
- Advanced Salesforce application skills, including configuration, Apex, platform events, flows, triggers, process builders, workflows, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Lightning Experience, batch processes, and database design.
- Experience designing and implementing custom applications on the Force.com platform.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using middleware such as Mulesoft.
- Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, collaboration, consensus-building, and issue-resolution skills.
- Ability to communicate the overall functional and technical solution and break it into manageable work units.
- Ability to lead multiple strategic initiatives under time and resource constraints in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities with the ability to initiate and resolve complex issues.
- Preferred: additional Salesforce certifications, Logik.IO advanced configurator knowledge or experience, and DevOps tools knowledge and experience.
