Base Salary
$83k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery and hands-on coding across AS400, COBOL, RPG, and CL environments.
- Lead cross-functional technical teams across onshore and offshore delivery models, including productivity, capacity planning, and delivery governance.
- Serve as the primary stakeholder interface, resolve dependencies, and secure sign-offs on extracted business rules.
- Provide executive status reporting on progress, risks, financials, and mitigation plans.
Requirements
- Have 9+ years of overall IT experience with strong AS400 application experience.
- Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with AS400 environments.
- Have strong programming experience with RPG and COBOL/400.
- Have experience with CLLE, SQLRPGLE, and DB2/400.
- Have experience leading technical delivery and cross-functional technical teams.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder and client-facing communication skills.
- Knowledge of AS400 Synon and healthcare or Pharmacy Benefit Management experience are helpful.
