Responsibilities
- Understand business processes and stakeholder problems to identify valuable opportunities for AI, software, and process change.
- Shape solutions with stakeholders and redesign processes to improve how work gets done.
- Design, build, integrate, and evolve production-grade software and agentic AI systems.
- Develop applications, APIs, data components, AI components, and agentic workflows.
- Take solutions from discovery and experimentation through implementation and business adoption.
- Ensure systems can be evaluated, monitored, and operated reliably in production.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience building and shipping AI-enabled applications or systems.
- Experience with Git, automated testing, containers, and CI/CD practices.
- Practical understanding of Generative AI, agentic systems, tool use, evaluation, observability, failure modes, and production concerns.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar technologies and domains quickly while maintaining high engineering standards.
- Strong business judgment, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder skills.
