Responsibilities
- Partner with account and Customer Engineer teams to assess feasibility, shape proposals for adoption, and validate forward-deployed engineering engagements.
- Lead technical design and integration strategies for enterprise AI solutions across customer data pipelines, identity providers, connectors, and compliance boundaries.
- Diagnose complex customer implementation issues at code level, identify product bugs, and test workarounds.
- Liaise with Product and Engineering teams to resolve systemic deployment blockers and translate field feedback into feature requests.
- Own technical delivery strategy and architectural direction alongside customer-facing implementation teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Seven years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Experience leading technical delivery strategies, debugging systems, and collaborating with Product and Engineering organizations.
- Experience with enterprise integrations such as APIs, enterprise content management systems, or identity; cloud infrastructure; or AI/ML model deployments.
- Experience in system design or orchestration frameworks.
- Fluent English and Japanese communication skills for regional client relationship management.
- Preferred experience orchestrating specialized technical resources, influencing technical stakeholders or executives, and solving ambiguous technical and architectural problems.
