Responsibilities
- Identify client challenges during pre-sales and oversee the entire solution design and delivery process.
- Collaborate deeply with clients to understand their enterprise operations and rapidly adapt to their business domain.
- Contribute to client growth through effective teamwork and solution delivery.
- Abstract solutions to contribute to the evolution of the Tailor Platform.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of development experience in the financial accounting domain.
- Experience in technical decision-making within the financial accounting domain.
- Proven track record of end-to-end delivery in product development, ideally with 5+ years of experience.
- Native-level Japanese communication skills for technical discussions.
- Willingness to work in-office to facilitate informal learning opportunities.
