Responsibilities
- Partner with customers and stakeholders to define business challenges, technical constraints, desired outcomes, and actionable AI modernization solutions.
- Facilitate workshops with business, consulting, product, and engineering teams to align on solution direction and delivery.
- Design, build, and improve AI-powered applications using software engineering and cloud-native technologies.
- Develop agentic workflows, Generative AI solutions, Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures, enterprise automation capabilities, and production-ready prototypes.
- Lead end-to-end delivery from requirements definition and architecture through implementation, deployment, adoption, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, APIs, cloud services, data stores, knowledge repositories, vector databases, and business workflows.
- Create reusable assets, solution patterns, code libraries, delivery playbooks, and best practices.
Requirements
- Hands-on software development experience in Python or modern programming languages such as C#, Node.js, or TypeScript.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals including Git/GitHub, APIs, backend services, automated testing, CI/CD, and secure engineering practices.
- Experience designing, building, or integrating AI-powered solutions with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Microsoft Agent Framework, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Understanding of AI/ML technologies and architectures including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP and with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ability to optimize AI-enabled solutions for performance, scalability, reliability, observability, security, and data protection.
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English, with strong consulting, stakeholder management, communication, and business-to-technical translation skills.
- Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred experience implementing, operating, and improving AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, or multi-agent solutions in production.
- Preferred experience building full-stack prototypes or production systems and working with agent telemetry, observability, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, policy-as-code, knowledge graphs, or semantic knowledge layers.
- Preferred experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise systems and working with customers in regulated or mission-critical environments.
