Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end AI/ML project implementations directly with clients.
- Translate complex business problems into robust technical solutions and communicate proposals, findings, and project status to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Design, build, and maintain production-grade AI/ML pipelines with model versioning, testing, monitoring, automated deployment, CI/CD, and MLOps/AIOps practices.
- Implement and optimize Generative AI and Agentic AI applications, including multi-agent orchestration, agent evaluation, and Retrieval Augmented Generation systems.
- Architect traditional Machine Learning and Generative AI systems based on customer requirements.
- Manage infrastructure for production deployment, including Docker, pipeline orchestrators, and Databricks lakehouse systems.
- Use Apache Spark and other distributed computing frameworks for scalable machine learning and high-performance data processing.
- Contribute to the strategic growth of the AI Forward Deployed Engineering practice through technical assignments and knowledge transfer.
- Document and report client engagements and training activities through designated partner platforms.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on professional experience developing, deploying, and managing Generative/Agentic AI or Machine Learning systems, including productionizing and maintaining live models.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing consulting or solutions architecture focused on technical implementation and delivery.
- Expertise in MLOps lifecycle management, including model versioning, testing, monitoring, and automated deployment.
- Experience managing infrastructure, containerization with Docker, and data pipeline orchestration.
- Expertise in Python for data-intensive and scalable AI/ML applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and internal team interaction.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning in emerging AI/ML fields.
