Responsibilities
- Evaluate, prototype, design, and implement emerging technology solutions for customers across diverse industries.
- Create technical designs and production implementations for AI, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, NLU, NLG, and generative AI projects.
- Develop solution architecture blueprints, data architecture models, proofs of concept, demos, design documentation, and feasibility analyses.
- Design and develop applications and tools using Microsoft technologies and full-stack frameworks.
- Analyze requirements, processes, costs, benefits, data management practices, security risks, and technology adoption opportunities.
- Lead technical teams, collaborate with business analysts and consultants, and manage relationships with project stakeholders.
- Support cloud-native architecture, containerization, platform feature development, system reviews, and integration of emerging technologies.
- Train and build a team of technical developers and collaborate with global multicultural teams virtually.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of overall experience and 6 or more years of relevant experience; the summary also cites 5 or more years in a similar service-delivery profile.
- Strong service delivery background and a proven track record evaluating, designing, and implementing emerging technology solutions.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with deep learning architectures and algorithms, including RNNs, LSTMs, convolutional neural networks, and autoencoders.
- Experience with AI/ML, data science, and machine learning projects using Python and R; Java or C is a plus.
- Knowledge of open-source libraries including Keras, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Hands-on leadership designing and developing applications or tools with ASP.NET, C#, HTML5, MVC, Angular, React, or Node.js.
- Experience with generative AI and AI-agent design and development using open-source frameworks and Azure AI Services.
- Understanding of architectural patterns, integration approaches, enterprise architecture, cloud-native architectures, containerization, and DevOps practices.
- Ability to create solution architecture documentation, design blueprints, proofs of concept, and technical specifications.
- Experience with Azure or AWS and container technologies such as Docker is desired.
- Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, team-leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to identify security risks, define security specifications and controls, analyze data architecture requirements, and apply organizational design and delivery standards.
