Responsibilities
- Create technical designs and implement AI, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, NLU, and NLG projects in production.
- Evaluate, prototype, and adopt emerging technologies for customers across diverse industry sectors.
- Design solution, system, software, data, and enterprise architecture blueprints and develop architectural proofs of concept.
- Develop applications and tools using Microsoft technologies and create demos and proofs of concept.
- Analyze requirements, processes, costs, benefits, risks, security controls, and technology feasibility.
- Collaborate with business analysts, consultants, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
- Lead technical developers and support team building, training, and cross-cultural virtual collaboration.
- Monitor solution status, conduct system reviews, and recommend improvements to existing systems and data-management processes.
Requirements
- 12+ years of overall experience and 6+ years of relevant experience are stated; the position summary also requests 5+ years in a similar profile.
- Strong service-delivery experience and a proven track record evaluating, designing, and implementing emerging-technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and algorithms, including recurrent neural networks, LSTM, convolutional neural networks, and autoencoders.
- Experience with AI/ML and data science projects using Python or R; Java or C is a plus.
- Knowledge of Keras, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Hands-on leadership designing and developing applications or tools with ASP.NET, C#, HTML5, MVC, Angular, React, or Node.js.
- Experience with Generative AI, AI agents, Azure AI Services, cloud-native architectures, Docker or Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
- Strong knowledge of architectural patterns, integration approaches, technology adoption frameworks, solution design documentation, and data architecture.
- Ability to lead technical teams, manage stakeholders, communicate effectively, and work with multicultural global teams.
