Responsibilities
- Develop solution architectures, architectural plans, and road maps for Adobe-powered digital experience projects.
- Plan, design, and oversee construction, extensions, and enhancements of Adobe platform solutions.
- Engage business sponsors and stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable architectures.
- Validate engineering designs against architectural solutions and enterprise standards.
- Lead architecture governance, compliance, modeling, tooling, and reusable architecture asset development.
- Direct and mentor virtual architecture teams while coordinating with enterprise architects, engineers, project managers, analysts, security, testing, and operations teams.
- Architect solutions using data, analytics, and AI-driven capabilities such as customer profiles, personalization, and orchestration.
- Balance cost, risk, quality, business priorities, and technology options when recommending solutions.
- Develop communication plans, standards proposals, enterprise road maps, and recommendations for architecture tools and strategies.
- Manage solution architecture for assigned programs and mature architectural linkages across enterprise architecture frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in the Adobe product family as a Solution Architect.
- Enterprise-scale Adobe implementation experience and strong Adobe CX Stack expertise.
- Strong understanding of digital experience platforms and current digital marketing practices, including personalization, cross-channel marketing, mobile, and data-driven experience optimization.
- Experience in a related technical field such as application development, deployment or implementation, and infrastructure.
- Significant experience with IT infrastructure and security projects.
- Strong enterprise and solution architecture framework and governance knowledge.
- Strong analytical, leadership, conflict-resolution, negotiation, presentation, written communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements and assess financial and architectural impacts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work across geographies, adapt to shifting priorities, and operate with minimal direction.
- Professional services or global team experience is preferred.
- Adobe certifications, ITIL familiarity, information security knowledge, IIBA BABOK Practice Standards familiarity, and enterprise search implementation experience are desired or preferred.
- Willingness to work outside typical hours when required and travel on a very limited basis.
