Responsibilities
- Design technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Manage the ServiceNow product roadmap and define new functionalities.
- Translate requirements into user stories and technical specifications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for one or more ServiceNow modules.
- Guide development teams and clients in the correct use of the ServiceNow platform.
- Support appropriate information security and data protection management.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience as a ServiceNow implementer or architect.
- Relevant certifications are preferred, ideally Certified Technical Architect.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT-related licenciatura degree.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Knowledge of information security and data protection.
