Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and configure custom software applications and components using Python.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and primary point of contact for application development efforts.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, manage team execution, and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems spanning multiple teams and guide the team through challenges.
- Mentor junior team members and improve their technical skills and knowledge.
- Debug and optimize code for performance and continuously improve development processes.
- Integrate AI and generative AI capabilities, agents, and intelligent automation where applicable.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Python programming is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Proficiency in Python is required.
- Experience with AI agents and workflow integration is preferred.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, application architecture, and design patterns is required.
- Proficiency in debugging and optimizing code for performance is required.
- Experience leading teams, making decisions, and providing solutions across multiple teams is expected.
