Base Salary
$220k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy generative AI and deep learning-based solutions.
- Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and product leaders to build scalable solutions.
- Balance research, experimentation, and hands-on product impact.
- Drive projects forward independently with minimal guidance.
- Transform ambiguous research ideas into reliable production systems.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- 5-7 years of applied research experience in AI.
- Experience with large language models, agentic systems, and reinforcement learning.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++, and expertise in AI frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and natural language processing.
