Base Salary
$82k - $107k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design QE strategies, transformation strategies, operating models, and enterprise-scale modernization initiatives.
- Architect automated testing across UI, API, cloud, SOA, and microservices-based applications.
- Implement test strategies, analyze results, coordinate bug fixes, and maintain software quality standards.
- Develop QE governance, standards, metrics, maturity assessments, KPI-driven transformation programs, and quality analytics.
- Contribute to requirements elicitation, software design discussions, coding, code reviews, software integration, and repository maintenance.
- Develop user training, documentation, support frameworks, and knowledge-base records.
- Resolve production issues and recommend preventive strategies to improve system reliability.
- Lead stakeholder management, mentoring, and organization-wide QE and automation adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or progressive specialty experience in lieu of education.
- Experience designing QE strategies, transformation strategies, operating models, and enterprise-scale QE modernization initiatives.
- Experience with automated testing architecture across UI, API, cloud, SOA, and microservices-based applications.
- Knowledge of AI-infused quality engineering solution design and implementation.
- Experience with QE governance, standards, metrics, maturity assessments, KPI-driven transformation, and quality analytics.
- Experience with test automation frameworks, continuous testing, DevOps, CI/CD, and shift-left quality engineering practices.
- Experience with leadership, stakeholder management, mentoring, and organization-wide QE and automation adoption.
- Preferred experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud; digital transformation; Agile testing, Scrum, or SAFe; utilities or energy; and enterprise benchmarking or quality transformation consulting.
