Responsibilities

Engage directly with partners, clients, and internal stakeholders to provide technical advisory.
Ensure outstanding customer experience by resolving technical issues promptly.
Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues using deep product knowledge.
Act as a liaison between Regional Sales and Product & Engineering teams.
Manage customer product deployments across various stakeholders.
Communicate key market and customer requirements to Product/Engineering teams.
Stay updated with industry best practices and serve as a resource for technical issues.
Develop and deploy best practice technical sales and support processes.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Coding experience in at least one object-oriented programming language.
Experience with relational databases and writing SQL queries.
Familiarity with pushing code to a repository.
Understanding of APIs and their usage.
1-2 years of experience in the digital advertising industry is a plus.
1+ years of client-facing experience is required.
Strong problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills.
