Base Salary
$154k - $188k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support management of biobank scale datasets by building scalable data ingestion and processing pipelines.
- Design and deploy machine learning models to enhance research workflows in drug discovery.
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models to automate data workflows and improve scientific visualization.
- Operate scalable ML and data platforms using Terraform and Git-based CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with various teams to evaluate and deploy ML tools across different operational areas.
- Translate scientific requirements into production-grade systems.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Bioinformatics, Data Engineering, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience building production-grade data and ML pipelines, preferably in life sciences.
- Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML models in drug discovery applications.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL; experience with R is a plus.
- Proven experience in maintaining ML systems, including CI/CD and workflow orchestration.
- Familiarity with containerization and cloud infrastructure such as Docker and AWS.
