Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build real-time trajectory generation and decision-making for autonomous flight.
- Tackle joint optimization across safety, energy, time, and reliability.
- Plan in uncertain environments with complex dynamics.
- Design safety-critical software for obstacle avoidance and human interaction.
- Extend the autonomy stack for new aircraft and payloads.
- Validate safety metrics using large-scale simulations and real fleet data.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience building software for safety-critical systems.
- Strong programming skills in Rust/C++/C for real-time, fault-tolerant code.
- Experience with simulation at scale, SIL/HIL, and metrics-driven validation.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade autonomy in challenging conditions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
