Responsibilities
- Develop fleet health and asset visibility systems to track operational states.
- Create maintenance orchestration platforms for issue management and technician workflows.
- Build airworthiness and configuration control systems for safe aircraft return to service.
- Implement usage tracking and lifecycle systems to monitor component wear.
- Design operational tooling for maintenance teams to diagnose issues and maintain fleet readiness.
- Develop reliability automation systems that connect operational signals to repair workflows.

- Experience building reliable production systems in complex operational environments.
- Ability to transform ambiguous reliability problems into durable software solutions.
- Strong backend and systems engineering judgment combined with product instinct.
