Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop systems that drive customer acquisition, activation, referral, and retention.
- Launch and iterate on growth experiments rapidly.
- Optimize onboarding funnels and conversion flows.
- Develop attribution systems and experimentation infrastructure.
- Build referral, promo, and rewards systems.
- Analyze customer behavior and funnel performance.
- Improve lifecycle messaging and engagement experiences.
- Partner with marketing and operations teams on customer acquisition initiatives.
- Support growth campaigns tied to real-world events and local activations.
- Collaborate across engineering, product, marketing, analytics, and operations teams.
- Leverage modern tools and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate experimentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building customer-facing software systems.
- Strong engineering fundamentals across frontend and backend systems.
- Experience improving acquisition, onboarding, activation, or retention metrics.
- Comfort working with data, analytics, experimentation, and attribution systems.
- Strong product instincts and customer empathy.
- An extreme-ownership mindset.
- Curiosity about customer behavior and growth dynamics.
- A bias toward action, experimentation, and rapid iteration.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
