Responsibilities
- Design and build LLM-powered AI agents that automate AI Strategy workflows end to end.
- Develop rapid proofs of concept, prototypes, and production-ready solutions for emerging AI technologies and business use cases.
- Build scalable APIs, microservices, backend services, and user-facing interfaces for enterprise AI applications.
- Contribute to the architecture, performance, reliability, testing, documentation, and engineering standards of core AI Strategy platforms.
- Evaluate third-party AI platforms, startup technologies, and emerging AI solutions in partnership with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise-grade applications and platforms.
- Fluency in at least two programming languages, with strong preference for Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Ability to own end-to-end features across backend services and user-facing interfaces.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI development frameworks including FastAPI, Flask, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain, and LangGraph.
- Hands-on experience building generative AI applications with proprietary and open-weight LLMs.
- Deep understanding of RAG architectures, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, model evaluation, and AI application design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift, including scalable and resilient microservices in containerized environments.
- Understanding of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Snowflake, vector stores, knowledge bases, and data modeling for AI-driven applications.
- Commitment to clean architecture, test coverage, documentation, and engineering standards.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with AI observability platforms, LLM evaluation frameworks, software development agents, AI governance, model risk management, data privacy, security requirements, and regulated industries such as financial services or fintech.
