Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
- Build responsive user interfaces using Angular or React.
- Deploy and manage applications on PCF and/or Kubernetes.
- Develop automation frameworks, reusable utilities, test harnesses, and engineering productivity tools.
- Perform unit, integration, system, automation, performance, regression, exploratory, and API testing activities.
- Create design documents, test strategies, automation plans, integration specifications, and operational readiness documentation.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across application, integration, data, and infrastructure layers.
- Apply secure coding practices and support vulnerability identification.
- Improve logging, monitoring, observability, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Participate in architecture decisions, code reviews, defect triage, release readiness reviews, and production incident analysis.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers in an Agile environment.
- Mentor junior engineers and share technical expertise.
Requirements
- 6 to 9 years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot, with experience designing and developing microservices.
- Experience with PCF, Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud-native platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Angular and/or React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with Java, Spring, JUnit, Rest Assured, JBehave, Cucumber, or equivalent testing frameworks.
- Experience validating APIs, microservices, web services, web applications, databases, and integration workflows.
- Experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL relational databases and optimized SQL queries.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Understanding of X.509 certificates, public key cryptography, JWT, hashing algorithms, and digital signatures.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and work independently and collaboratively.
- Preferred experience with Azure, AWS, GCP, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, open-source projects, payment technologies, digital identity, authentication, or security-focused solutions.
