Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, applications, service catalogs, knowledge bases, record producers, dashboards, reports, and performance analytics.
- Design and own the Moveworks AI front door, including intent-to-action mappings, conversational flows, reusable agent patterns, and autonomous L1/L2 resolutions.
- Architect AI agents that combine the Moveworks Reasoning Engine with ServiceNow workflows, approvals, policies, and human handoffs.
- Build integrations and process automation using Orchestration, web services, SOAP calls, authentication protocols, and internal or external systems.
- Gather business specifications, interpret functional requirements, produce technical specifications, and deliver ServiceNow products and releases.
- Lead architectural reviews, quality reviews, technical documentation, system testing, and integration testing using sample and live data.
Requirements
- A college degree in a related technology field such as Computer, Engineering, or Science, or comparable job experience.
- Approximately 10+ years of development experience with progressively complex responsibilities.
- Deep understanding of Moveworks AI Assistant and Enterprise Search, including hands-on Moveworks–ServiceNow integration architecture.
- ServiceNow CSA certification is mandatory; CIS-HRSD certification is favorable.
- Experience with ServiceNow implementation across ITSM, HRSD, Service Portal, Agentic AI, or Generative AI.
- Experience with IAM, Active Directory, LDAP, SiteMinder federation, Azure, application integrations, JavaScript, HTML, and AngularJS.
- Knowledge of SDLC, TFS, JIRA, or equivalent tools for maintaining user stories, plus knowledge of current ServiceNow features.
- Strong commercial acumen, technical experience, enthusiasm for learning, and the ability to progress through increasingly complex responsibilities.
