Responsibilities

Optimize and enhance the reliability, scalability, and performance of development services infrastructure.
Write and maintain code for custom plugins, API integrations, and internal tooling.
Administer source control systems, continuous integration services, and observability tools.
Integrate and deploy new Cloud SaaS solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Partner with development teams to ensure seamless operations and support.
Diagnose and resolve production incidents in a 24/7 operational model.
Identify and eliminate system performance bottlenecks through automation and monitoring.

3+ years of work experience in a relevant role.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Strong programming experience in Python or Go; Shell scripting is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix Systems.
Experience in operating and enhancing services across various environments.
Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or TeamCity.
Understanding of security principles and best practices.
