Responsibilities
- Develop and implement improvements for sustainable game modes in League of Legends.
- Collaborate with the team to effectively utilize backend services.
- Automate the creation and management of game modes.
- Design and develop features and UI in the game engine using C++.
- Work with cross-disciplinary teams to enhance player experiences.
- Provide technical feedback to designers and artists.
- Participate in team technical decisions and product direction.
- Mentor and support less experienced engineers.
- Participate in the team's on-call rotation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in client-server architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Experience collaborating with non-engineering teams.
- Experience in game development.
- Familiarity with complex code bases.
- Professional experience with C++.
