Responsibilities
- Re-architect the platform for cloud environments.
- Build features for network connectivity between the platform and external networks.
- Provide technical leadership and drive design decisions.
- Coach junior and senior engineers on best practices.
- Conduct code reviews focusing on performance and security.
- Identify dependencies between teams and communicate blockers.
- Automate the creation and configuration of cloud resources.
- Lead technological changes to modernize the platform.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software design and architecture.
- Advanced knowledge of at least one programming language.
- Experience in a Linux environment.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Solid knowledge of AWS services and cloud security best practices.
- Experience operating business-critical production services.
