Responsibilities
- Design and implement a scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure.
- Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines for rapid and safe deployment.
- Collaborate with AI, backend, and frontend teams for system reliability.
- Introduce and manage observability platforms for performance and logging.
- Champion infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform and Ansible.
- Solve complex challenges related to service uptime and cost optimization.
- Drive decisions on tooling, architecture, and DevOps culture.
- Build compliance-ready infrastructure aligned with security standards.
- Remain hands-on and actively contribute to the codebase.
Requirements
- Proven track record in building and scaling production systems in cloud environments, preferably Azure.
- Experience with DevSecOps practices and integrating security into the SDLC.
- Deep knowledge of infrastructure automation, CI/CD tooling, and containerization.
- Experience with application security tooling like GitHub Advanced Security or Snyk.
- Expertise in monitoring and alerting tools such as Prometheus or Grafana.
- Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance in healthcare.
- Comfort with scripting languages like Python or Bash.
- Bonus: Experience in healthtech, startups, or regulated industries.
- Bonus: Experience with AWS.
