Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end AI products and platform capabilities.
Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices across backend, frontend, and data layers.
Build scalable backend services and GraphQL APIs with authentication, RBAC, rate limiting, and pagination.
Develop data-centric React user interfaces including dashboards, tables, workflows, and audit trails.
Architect and manage AWS deployments for scale, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Drive observability and CI/CD best practices.
Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with product and data teams.

Deep expertise with Node.js and TypeScript; Python experience is preferred.
Strong experience designing APIs and distributed, event-driven systems with queues and asynchronous processing.
Experience with AWS services including EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3, IAM, RDS, and CloudWatch.
Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
Experience building React frontends, including state management and performance optimization.
Experience with MongoDB and SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, plus Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Proven technical leadership or senior individual-contributor experience with ownership from concept through production.
Preferred experience with agentic AI or LLM-based workflows, Airflow, ETL/ELT concepts, microservices, domain-driven design, and high-scale data-intensive environments.
