Base Salary
$83k - $167k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and continuously enhance enterprise-scale provider applications.
- Drive technical solutions for complex business problems and ensure application stability.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives as a Project Owner and manage delivery ownership.
- Oversee vendor and contractor teams and align solutions with enterprise architecture.
- Deliver high-impact solutions that improve provider data systems and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on application development experience with Appian, Java, Python, and GCP.
- At least 2 years of experience leading or contributing to large-scale application development initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience through a high school diploma and 4 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred experience in project or program management, distributed teams, provider data systems, healthcare platforms, payer environments, cloud-native architectures, integration patterns, and messaging systems.
- Strong organizational, leadership, planning, analytical, and continuous-improvement skills.
