Responsibilities
- Define and drive technical direction across multiple international teams and strategic initiatives.
- Design scalable, enterprise-grade solutions using Java and Angular.
- Lead architecture discussions and establish engineering standards.
- Support platform modernization and cross-team integration efforts.
- Advise on technical decisions and roadmap planning.
- Influence technical strategy beyond a single team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Angular 18+.
- Solid understanding of SQL, JPA/Hibernate, REST APIs, and software architecture principles.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Located in Poland.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and complex international projects.
