Base Salary
$113k - $188k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end services, APIs, and stream-processing applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design and build scalable, maintainable software solutions in partnership with engineers, architects, analysts, stakeholders, and product managers.
- Design, code, configure, test, implement, and support application software throughout the systems life cycle.
- Implement continuous delivery activities and engineering best practices.
- Support team activities, pair with peers, and participate in on-call rotation.
- Coach and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience designing, building, and deploying scalable software applications.
- Understanding of distributed system design and experience analyzing complex problems and processes.
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Terraform, and DataDog.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
