Base Salary
$220k - $268k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the technical strategy for the Onboarding team.
- Partner with product, design, and data teams to solve complex problems.
- Lead cross-team technical initiatives and align on architecture and APIs.
- Mentor senior engineers and guide complex technical decisions.
- Design and build scalable full-stack systems across web applications and back-end services.
- Drive improvements in system performance, reliability, and developer velocity.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote collaboration.
- Identify and simplify systems to accelerate delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a staff engineer or equivalent with measurable impact.
- Excellent understanding of distributed systems and debugging high data loads.
- Demonstrated leadership in complex technical projects with cross-team collaboration.
- History of improving application performance metrics.
- Strong experience with React, ES6, TypeScript, Node.js, and front-end frameworks.
- Expertise in schema design and data modeling in SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience designing and evolving APIs, including authentication and security best practices.
- Significant experience working with AI agents and orchestrators.
