Base Salary
$300k - $400k/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage, design, and deploy distributed services in a production environment.
- Address race conditions for numerous agents writing to a data model simultaneously.
- Optimize write throughput and in-memory footprint for each agent.
- Facilitate clear communication of complex concepts among team members.
- Debug and provide support to peers as a resource.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Proven track record as a primary individual contributor to medium to large projects.
- Experience managing, designing, and deploying distributed services.
- Ability to convey complex concepts clearly and facilitate discussions.
- Familiarity with Go, Redis, PubSub, RPC, Postgres, S3, and Temporal.
