Base Salary
$300k - $400k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage distributed services in a production environment.
- Solve race conditions involving up to 10^5 agents writing to a data model simultaneously.
- Enable real-time transmission of agent outputs across services to the client.
- Optimize write throughput and in-memory footprint for each agent.
- Contribute as the primary individual contributor on medium to large projects.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience as a software engineer.
- A consistent record as the primary individual contributor on several medium to large projects.
- Experience managing, designing, and deploying distributed services in production.
- Ability to serve as a technical resource for peers who can help debug and answer questions.
- Strong demonstrated skills are prioritized over title progression.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, facilitate difficult conversations, and align stakeholders.
- Prior experience with Go, Redis, PubSub, RPC, Postgres, S3, and Temporal.
