Responsibilities
- Build and operate production ML systems for customer and product context.
- Design production data and signal contracts for downstream consumers.
- Own ranking, retrieval, recommendation, and next-best-action systems end to end.
- Evaluate customer and business impact beyond short-term conversion.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate goals into ML system designs.
- Utilize AI and agents to enhance development and operations.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in building and operating production software and ML systems.
- Deep expertise in intelligent systems like ranking, recommendations, and customer intelligence.
- Strong judgment in production ML across various system components.
- Ability to evaluate impact on trust, fairness, and long-term engagement.
- Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools for customer-impacting systems.
