Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, robust analytics products that run reliably at scale on AWS.
- Deliver features and enhancements within committed timelines with clean, maintainable Python code.
- Participate in design and implementation discussions, pitching ideas for innovation.
- Collaborate in Agile teams, embracing practices and tools for transparency and delivery.
- Implement and improve system monitoring and observability for early issue detection.
- Build and maintain highly available services that handle production workloads.
- Create and enhance infrastructure automation for secure and efficient deployments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience as a software engineer in a core development team.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices.
- Solid development experience in Python with knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying microservices on AWS.
- Practical experience with AWS services and cloud-based systems.
- Proficient with Git and Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline design.
- Able to work on Linux and Windows environments with basic Docker experience.
- Comfortable in Agile/Scrum teams and participating in design discussions.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills using monitoring tools.
- Organized and clear in communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
