Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, product managers, and vendors to understand system behavior.
- Translate requirements into detailed test strategies, scenarios, and regression suites.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated tests and frameworks to maximize coverage.
- Validate reliability, scalability, performance, and security of the Analytics platform.
- Understand data transformation and integration flows to design robust test scenarios.
- Maintain and enhance the automation framework using best-of-breed technologies.
- Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines for reliable regression execution.
- Use monitoring tools to analyze issues and validate fixes.
- Conduct internal product demos and communicate test results to stakeholders.
- Define and promote QA best practices and documentation.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in software testing with strong exposure to test design and execution.
- Experience testing applications in an AWS ecosystem using API mock-ups and JMeter.
- Hands-on experience with test automation using Java or Python.
- Practical experience with Cucumber, Selenium, or Playwright.
- Comfortable using Jira/X-Ray for test management and Splunk for analysis.
- Ability to create Test Strategies and drive execution independently.
- Understanding of enterprise software architectures and cloud operations.
- Clear communication skills in English for explaining quality risks to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
