Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end architecture for enterprise full-stack applications integrating AgentAI copilots, pre-built AI services, and APIs.
- Design and deliver scalable front-end and back-end solutions using modern frameworks and cloud-native patterns.
- Use LLM-based copilots and AgentAI tools for coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and design acceleration.
- Integrate RAG-based retrieval, conversational APIs, and other AI services into enterprise systems.
- Optimize API design, data flows, UI/UX, scalability, performance, reliability, and security.
- Bridge traditional engineering teams and AI-native squads while driving adoption of AI-assisted development practices.
- Maintain architectural integrity and enforce responsible AI usage, governance, and guardrails.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain or industry workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to use copilots and LLM tools for software development tasks.
- Practical understanding of AI concepts such as RAG and the limitations of LLMs.
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot or other enterprise back-end technologies such as .NET, C#, or Python.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to integrate AI services without training models or designing ML architectures.
