Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, debug, troubleshoot, and optimize scalable software components and applications.
- Develop custom software solutions using ServiceNow App Engine and support ServiceNow-based enterprise integrations and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Document technical specifications and maintain code quality standards.
- Participate in team discussions, solve work-related problems, and contribute independently as a subject matter expert.
- Share knowledge with and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow App Engine.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine is required.
- Experience with ServiceNow is preferred.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern frameworks.
- Experience debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing application performance.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration techniques and API development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
