Senior Software Engineer, Audit (Full Stack)

Responsibilities
- Design and build agent-driven experiences for financial audit workflows
- Determine where workflow autonomy is appropriate and where auditors should remain involved
- Own complex end-to-end workstreams supporting major customer onboardings
- Ship code from the first day and assume ownership of significant product areas
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and financial audit subject matter experts
- Shape technical direction for agentic systems, AI tooling, and engineering practices
- Mentor engineers and contribute to the interview process
Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering ability with a desire to write code daily
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- High ownership and ability to work independently
- Curiosity about AI, agentic systems, and AI coding tools
- Ability to quickly learn complex domain concepts
- Collaborative approach with product, design, and financial audit experts
- Experience leading projects and driving technical decisions
- Financial services, audit, accounting, or compliance experience is a bonus
- Prior experience building AI or agent-driven product experiences is a bonus
- Familiarity with TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Node.js, and PostgreSQL is a bonus
- Experience at high-growth startups is a bonus
- Document processing or infrastructure experience is a bonus
