Base Salary
$190k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build agent-driven experiences for financial audit workflows.
- Own complex, end-to-end workstreams tied to onboarding large customers.
- Ship code from day one and take full ownership of significant product areas.
- Collaborate daily with product managers, designers, and financial audit SMEs.
- Help shape technical direction and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to the interview process.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering skills with daily coding experience.
- Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- High degree of ownership and initiative.
- Curious about AI and agentic systems, with experience using AI coding tools.
- Ability to quickly internalize complex domain concepts.
- Collaborative nature with experience leading projects and driving technical decisions.
