Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design and implement Camunda 8 BPMN business workflows.
- Develop scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Contribute to technical design discussions and software architecture decisions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and documented code and participate in code reviews and quality initiatives.
- Develop and maintain automated tests and support software releases.
- Refine user stories and technical requirements with the development team.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and partner technology teams on requirements and system integrations.
- Mentor and coach junior developers.
- Prepare technical documentation and present features, components, and technical solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Java Spring Boot Developer with Camunda 8.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong experience designing and implementing Camunda 8 BPMN processes.
- Advanced knowledge of Java 11+ and strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Cloud Config.
- Experience designing and developing microservices and service-oriented architectures.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks including JUnit, Mockito, and Cucumber.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery practices and tools, Scrum, Agile environments, and the software development life cycle.
- English proficiency at C1 level or above.
- Docker and Kubernetes experience, CI/CD pipeline configuration, and knowledge of Elasticsearch, Kibana, or other NoSQL databases are nice to have.
- Spanish language skills are nice to have.
